Review Policy
Real owners. Every review checked by a person.Who can review
Anyone who owns or has used a dash cam can review it. You confirm that it's your honest experience and that you weren't paid or given anything for it, then confirm your email address.
How we moderate
- A person reads every review before it's published.
- We publish negative reviews as readily as positive ones, and we never edit a review to change its meaning.
- We reject reviews that are spam, abusive, include personal details or links, are clearly about a different product, or look fake or incentivised.
- Brands, sellers and their staff must not review their own products or competitors'.
Ratings
We show a camera's average owner rating only once it has at least 5 approved reviews, so one or two can't swing it. Owner ratings don't change the spec score.
Your data
Your email address is used only to confirm your review and contact you about it. It's never shown and is deleted once the review is approved or rejected. Unconfirmed submissions are deleted after 14 days. Questions: privacy@dashcamrankers.co.uk.
